We are currently investigating an incident affecting our Control panel & API offering, which is causing temporary availability issue in the Kimsufi manager portal in CA region.

Impacted Service(s) : The Kimsufi CA website is temporarily no longer redirecting to the Kimsufi CA manager portal.
Customers Impact : Kimsufi customers with Canadian accounts are temporarily unable to access their manager portal through the Kimsufi website.
Ongoing Actions : Our teams are investigating to determine the origin of the incident and fix it.
