As part of our continuous improvement plan, maintenance is scheduled on our Control Panel, API databases and and Corporate websites.

Service impact : During the scheduled maintenance window, it will not be possible to perform any procedures related to the deployment of KYC (Know Your Customer), including the creation of India accounts, the resetting of 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requests. This will result in a 15-minute downtime for each Know Your Customer (KYC), totalling 45 minutes of unavailability.
Service improvement : This maintenance will optimise the stability of our KYC procedures.
