Impacted Service(s) : Block storage volume creation is temporarily unavailable through the manager of Canada.
Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable to create new Block storage volumes through the manager of Canada.
However, Block storage volumes creation is possible through the API.
Ongoing Actions : Our teams are investigating to determine the origin of the incident and fix it.
