Start time : 23/09/2025 12:00 UTC Impacted Service(s) : The Manager from the Control panel & API has a malfunction. Customers Impact : If users don't have rights to perform api calls to https://www.ovh.com/engine/apiv6/me/suggest/companyIdentificationNumbers due to IAM user restrictions, they will not be able to use the Manager . Root Cause : This incident is caused by a software issue. Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
